I think I had an early version of a "blog" way back in high school, so I thought I'd give this whole blogging thing another try. This time, I have an excuse and a purpose for writing, so it should be better! :)
I'm staring this blog because I am about to embark on a pretty exciting adventure. In just 10 days, I am heading to Austria to study in a 6 week program called AIMS, or the American Institute of Musical Studies. Since I won't get to talk to my friends and family on a consistent basis, and an international cell phone plan is out of the question, I have decided to create a blog to let everyone see what I am up to while I am away!
Despite all the to-do lists my brain is making, I should probably at least attempt to get some sleep!
